Returns

Having moved into a new price tier of SGD $19, we will not be issuing any refunds after the 18th of May, 2020 unless items are damaged or defective. In that instance, we will issue replacements and organize to collect damaged items. In the event that we cannot issue replacements, we will then issue you a refund. We urge you to be mindful in your purchases.

The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Due to the complexity of shipping internationally, we deduct S$10 to cover the administrative costs. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. All returned purchase(s) must be sent via registered mail. 

Please get in touch with us for the return address. 

Please indicate clearly on your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. Returns may take weeks to be delivered back to us. Once your return has arrived, please allow 5 business days for your refund to be processed. An email will be sent once the refund is on its way.

Exchange

Having moved into a new price tier of SGD $19, we will not be issuing any exchanges after the 18th of May, 2020 unless items are damaged or defective. Please be mindful when making your orders. 

Can I change/cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we cannot edit the address you’ve entered or the items within the order. We are also unable to cancel your order.
