Shipping

Domestic Shipping

Despatched within 3 to 5 business days

Local via Qxpress - Delivered within 2 to 5 working days

As of 28 Oct, 2021, we've implemented a local shipping charge of SGD $4.00 

International Shipping 

Despatched within 3 to 5 business days

Delivered via UPS or DHL Express or FEDEX within 3 to 6 working days when you choose Express

 As of 28 Oct, 2021, we've implemented International Shipping charges. Choose between Express and Standard. 

Returns

We can issue Returns on Domestic orders in Singapore. Email us for a return receipt and Qxpress will make the pickup. 

For International orders, Due to the complexity of shipping internationally, we deduct S$10 to cover the administrative costs. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. All returned purchase(s) must be sent via registered mail. Please get in touch for our return address. 

The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Please indicate clearly on your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. Returns may take weeks to be delivered back to us. Once your return has arrived, please allow 5 business days for your refund to be processed. An email will be sent once the refund is on its way.

Exchange

We can issue Exchanges on Domestic orders in Singapore. Email us for a return receipt and Qxpress will make the pickup. Please be mindful when making your orders. 

Can I change/cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we cannot edit the address you’ve entered or the items within the order. We are also unable to cancel your order.
