Returns
We are happy to refund your purchase(s) within 14 working days from the date of purchase. To return an item, please contact our Customer Service Representative at info@sifrsite.com or at +65 6225 0321 to obtain a Return Number which which must be included with your returned purchase(s). All returned purchase(s) must be sent via registered mail in their original condition to the following address:

Kindly indicate clearly on your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund the sum that you have paid to us with the exception of your postage fees. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, otherwise it will be returned to the customer.


Shipping
sifr ships worldwide via Aramex and/or Singapore Post, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
We offer free shipping for orders in Singapore, and free shipping for International orders over SGD $100 (That's just 1 Three-pack of T-shirts!). Trust us, it's worth it. 
International orders below SGD $100 will incur a flat shipping fee of just SGD $25.
